HOW IT WORKS….. It’s so simple!!
1.Replace any two meals a day with our Formula 1 Shake (1 - 2 scoops in your favourite beverage)
2.Take the Formula 2 Multivitamin Complex, 1 tablet 3 times a day
3.Take 3 tablets of each the Fibrebond & Florafibre 3 times a day (with ½ l of water each time)
